The program "Prophylactic medical examination"
1.1. General provisions
1.1.1. The client independently chooses the doctor-expert to whom it registers in reception.
1.1.2. If in the course of reception it is found out, that the reason of the reference of the Patient is not connected with specialization of the given doctor, last directs the Patient to the profile expert.
1.1.3. The doctor which specialization corresponds to a profile of disease of the Client:
1.1.1. The client independently chooses the doctor-expert to whom it registers in reception.
1.1.2. If in the course of reception it is found out, that the reason of the reference of the Patient is not connected with specialization of the given doctor, last directs the Patient to the profile expert.
1.1.3. The doctor which specialization corresponds to a profile of disease of the Client:
- Develops the medical tactics including a complex of diagnostic, medical and preventive actions;
- If necessary directs the Patient to doctors of other profile for specification, updating and realization of medical tactics;
- Will organize and co-ordinates according to chosen medical tactics carrying out of diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation and preventive actions, except specified in the Appendix to ("Exception") Contract;
- Initiates and carries out — at chronic diseases — dispensary observation of the Client;
- Supervises process of realization of chosen medical tactics, correcting if necessary the plan of the further diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation and preventive actions.
1.2. Kinds of rendered services
1.2.1. Consultations of doctors-experts: neurologist, otolaryngologist, therapist, urologist of gynecologist;
1.2.2. Tool methods of research: the electrocardiogram, ultrasonic of bodies of a belly cavity and kidneys, bodies of a small basin, a thyroid gland;
1.2.3. Laboratory diagnostics: the general analysis of blood (developed), blood glucose, the general analysis of urine, the analysis кала on eggs of worms;
1.2.4. Physiotherapeutic methods of treatment: electrotreatment, laser therapy, a magnetotherapy, ultrasonic therapy and others.

2. Services of the average medical personnel
